Sybilla Stanisławska-Kloc

Ph. D. Sybilla Stanisławska-Kloc - member of copyright division in the Chair of Intellectual Property Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University; an advocate, a member of The Copyright Commission. She completed training at court (with a final judge’s examination). She is finishing her habilitation thesis, which is on the protection of the right to authorship and the problems of plagiarism. She published articles esp. about fair use (library and archive use, use of works for the purpose of people with disabilities), orphan works. She is a co-author of the commentary on the Polish Copyright Act published in 2015.
